Replacement Policy

VibePairs Women’s Clothing

At VibePairs, we are committed to providing you with high-quality women’s clothing that meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Replacement policy.

Exchange Policy

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • We offer only exchange of product.
  • If you receive a damaged/defective product or incorrect item, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.
  • You may select the same product or any other product from our store for exchange.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
  • Exchange process is approved once only.
  • Products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Post this, exchange is not allowed.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Unboxing video is required for exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer service team at +91 884 923 0410 (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to initiate a replacement request.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
  • Attach your unboxing video to our support number.
  • Our team will guide you on how to return the item, including any shipping instructions.

How To Exchange Products?

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping. You may send the return parcel to our warehouse address via your own cost.
  • We do not have any reverse pickup service currently — please keep this in mind.
  • If reverse pickup is arranged from our side, the customer will need to pay ₹250 for reverse shipping charges.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Unboxing video is required.
⚠  We do not have reverse pickup service. You must send the parcel to our warehouse at your own shipping cost.

Exceptions

  • Certain items such as undergarments, swimwear (with hygiene seals removed), and personalized/customized products may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene and customization reasons.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events may have different exchange conditions, which will be specified during the purchase.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.
